Q.How long will my package take to arrive if I live in the US? If I live outside the US?
A.If you live within the US it will take approximately 5-12 business days unless your item is back-ordered in which case you will receive an email or a notice in your package. If you live outside the US it may take anywhere from 15-28 business days.
Q. How long will it take for back-ordered items to arrive?
A. Back-ordered items can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks, the time varies depending on the item.
Q. If the item does not fit can I exchange it? Do you offer free exchanges?
A.Yes you can exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Free shipping is not offered, unless your order was incorrectly sent by us. In that case, we will refund your shipping costs back to you when we send you the exchange back.
Q. Do you offer refunds, and if so, are they free?
A. We do offer refunds on any unused or factory damaged merchandise. However, they are not free. You are responsible for the shipping cost to us. Once we receive the items we will check them and make sure they are in re-sellable condition. Once we decide the return is complete and in good condition we grant you a refund for the total purchase NOT including the cost of original shipping.
Q. Do you ever do free shipping?
A. Sometimes, when we have promo codes and usually for a limited time on holidays.
Q. Can I exchange my item if I am an international customer?
A. Yes you can, but you are responsible for the shipping cost unless your order was incorrectly sent by us.
Q. How can I track my package?
A. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email, log on to www.usps.com and enter the number on the search bar to see the location of your package. International orders are only trackable until they leave the US, once they exit the country the website will no longer be updated, you have to contact your city's local postal office for more information.
Q. Is there a phone number I can call?
A. No, unless we get in contact with you, there is no phone number. We don't post a phone number because when we did have one up, people would call assuming Krayzie Bone was going to answer. We also had a lot of calls that were not even related to the The Life Apparel.
Q. If I e-mail you, will Krayzie Bone read my e-mail?
A. No, he has a personal e-mail. The e-mail you are messaging is the TLA business email.
Q. Can I have his personal email?
A. No, we are not allowed to give that information.
Q. Can I talk to Krayzie Bone on the phone?
Q. Does Krayzie Bone answer the e-mails himself?
A. No. A customer service representative answers all emails.
Q. Will Krayzie Bone sign my merchandise if I ask?
A. No. We post autographed merchandise for sale on the site when it's available, but other than that, he cannot sign your merchandise.
